Cancellation Policy

All clients must cancel or reschedule their appointments 48 hours prior to their appointment time. Any late cancellations (family emergencies and hospitalizations exempt) or no-shows will be charged 100% of their hair cut price, and 1 hour worth of color labor pricing. I’m unable to fill spots super last minute when they open up, and in this business, time is money. Please respect my time and the time of my other clients. All deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are not given under any circumstance. Requests for tweaks and fixes must be made within 7 days to be fixed for free. Any clients later than 15 minutes are considered a no-show, will be charged a fee and will be canceled from the schedule. Please do not bring kids to the salon unless they are receiving a service. Please do not come in sick. Any clients that come in sick with symptoms will be asked to reschedule and will be charged as a no-show. It is not fair to expose me to illnesses so you can have your hair done. Thank you for understanding!
